given by the Duo Villarreal Crom

8 pm-midnight: Durhamite Milonga with DJ Mitch and LIVE MUSIC FOR DANCING by the Duo Villarreal Crom

Peña! A Day of Folkloric Music, Dance & Food with Juan & Pato

Location: Celebrity Goat Dairy, 198 Celebrity Dairy Way, Siler City, NC map

1:30-3 pm: Learn to make Argentine empanadas - a cooking class with Juan, Pato & Luis!

​

3:15-4:30 pm: Learn Chacarera, the popular (and easy!) Argentine folkloric dance

​

5-7 pm: CONCERT / PEÑA (A folkloric music & dance party) - Enjoy a gorgeous folkloric CONCERT by the Duo Villarreal Crom, while sipping wine and eating empanadas.  There will be opportunities to practice chacarera, for those who took the class.  PERHAPS, there may be tandas of tango as well!
